Very funny, but scarily accurate.<\/p>\n<p>In the words of the Tao of Lao-Tsu, &#8220;If you want to control something, you must first let it go free&#8221;. Big organisations just don&#8217;t get this, because too many people want to hold onto their favourite control mechanism. Agility is a culture, and trying to do it inside a culture of formal control is very difficult.
